About The Bodywork Institute
The Bodywork Institute is a private independent massage school owned and operated by Wellness Services, LLC, and housed within the Comfort & Joy Wellness Spa in Fairfax, Virginia. The program is designed to give students the most up-to-date knowledge and the most relevant practice to help them prepare for a successful career in massage therapy and bodywork. We are also here to help students who want to re-take their national exam and require an additional 100 hours, those who need to complete their 200 hours of bodywork practice to complement an online program, or those who just want to pick up some additional hours to study for the national exam.
By being situated in a full-service Day Spa and having successful practitioners and business owners instructing the classes, students will learn what they really need to know to perform massage safely and effectively, how to engage in self-care, and how to build a business in a competitive environment.
With class sizes of not more than 12 students, the Bodywork Institute offers individual attention and helps future practitioners learn and develop their own style.
